2 cups of cooked rice (prefer cold overnight rice)
1/2 cup of green peas
1 piece of chicken breast - cut small
1 carrots - cubes
1/2 cup of red or yellow peppers - cut small
2 small chillies - finely chopped
2 shallots - finely slice
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
2 tbsp of fish sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs - beaten (for omelet)
